Paweł CzerskiUX & Interaction Designer

I craft intuitive, flexible solutions grounded in robust foundations, from journey mapping to prototyping and system design

Design Practice

User-Focused Discovery

I begin every project by investigating user goals, behaviors, and pain points. This includes contextual inquiry, stakeholder interviews, and analysis of existing processes. I translate these insights into user journey maps that help guide the overall structure and focus of the design work.

UX Design Principles

I apply principles of information architecture, progressive disclosure, and Gestalt theory to structure content and interactions. My goal is to make complex information accessible and easy to navigate while keeping interfaces clean, logical, and focused.

Iterative Validation

Usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and internal reviews are part of my process throughout the design lifecycle. I rely on these methods to test assumptions, validate ideas early, and make iterative improvements based on clear findings.

Systems that Scale

I build modular design systems that include reusable UI components, design patterns, and tokens. These systems support consistency, speed up implementation, and scale easily across brands, regions, or product lines. I focus on creating systems that serve both designers and developers efficiently.

Lead and Oversight

In many of my projects, I’ve taken on responsibilities beyond UX design. I’ve led cross-functional teams, coordinated with stakeholders, managed delivery timelines, and aligned technical architecture with design strategy. I often facilitate workshops, scope requirements, and provide direction across design and development phases.

Balancing Demands

I focus on aligning user needs with business goals. Whether I work on enterprise tools, ecommerce systems, or consumer-facing platforms, I aim to deliver outcomes that are usable, efficient, and following measurable objectives.
